We had such a great time in Florida! Abigail didn’t want to come back. The whole time we were there she kept talking about our “new house” and how much she liked it. On the way home we were talking about going back when we heard a little voice say, “But our old house doesn’t have a pool!”

She was happy when we did get home, though, because daddy made her new “big girl bed” for her. All the next day she kept pulling us into her room to “see my new big-girl bed!” She didn’t even want to go to the sprinkler park when I offered it, she wanted to stay home and play in her bed. 

The past few weeks she really is turning into a big girl. She has sprouted up and really looks like a little kid, not a toddler. She is doing really well with her bed (not actually the real big kid bed yet, just the crib without the front, but still) and the potty training is going much better. She is only in diapers at nap and bedtime, and quite proud of it all.
